Iniziativa Lavin is a local initiative to collaboratively redevelop three vacant buildings in the centre of Lavin. The goal is to create long-term housing, workplaces, and cultural spaces that are rooted in community needs.
I initiated and shaped the project strategically and creatively, from identity and storytelling to digital touchpoints and on-site formats. Print materials, workshops, and clear participation tools helped residents understand options, contribute perspectives, and move from ideas to decisions.
At its core, the initiative connects participation, digital tools, and a strong sense of place. It’s a practical example of how design, language, and strategy can strengthen local identity and turn a shared narrative into real-world action.
